Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.106 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Visit for example http://wellgames.com/free_online/bubble-number/ on chrome version chrome64_64.0.3282.140. All work correctly 2. Update chrome to version 68.0.3440.106 3. Visit http://wellgames.com/free_online/bubble-number/ and get bug. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? I think don't work transparent images (png) in html5 games. Did this work before? Yes 64.0.3282.140 Chrome version: 68.0.3440.106 Channel: stable OS Version: ubuntu 14.04 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 30.0 r0

Perhaps its depend on software or hardware webgl.

Can't reproduce on ToT. If this is happening in other sites to you? If so, could you please attach a copy of your chrome://gpu ?

Unable to reproduce the issue on chrome reported version# 68.0.3440.106 using Ubuntu 14.04 with steps mentioned below: 1) Launched chrome version# 64.0.3282.140 and navigated to URL: http://wellgames.com/free_online/bubble-number/, page got loaded successfully 2) Updated chrome to latest stable# 68.0.3440.106 and navigated to URL: http://wellgames.com/free_online/bubble-number/, able to see page loading completely @Reporter: Please find the attached screenshot for your reference, try to test this issue by creating new person with no apps and extensions in it and let us know if the issue still persists. Attached are the GPU details. As per comment# 4, could you please provide GPU details by navigating to Chrome://gpu. Thanks!

This really doesn't look like a canvas problem. It's exclusive to his machine, right? Assuming that his gpuinfo means that he has a completely blacklisted GPU, I'm adding Skia here.
