Issue description
UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:61.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/61.0
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. make a fake account
2. verify fake account
3. alert from google code correct but not accepteed
What is the expected behavior?
What went wrong?

Thanks for filing the issue! @Reporter: From comment#0 it is understood that the code entered to verify the account is not being accepted. Could you you please confirm on this and let us know the chrome version in which the issue is seen. Any further inputs from your end may be helpful.
