Regression: Unwanted '_' is seen above search box of app launcher

Chrome Version: 70.0.3519.3/10964.0.0 dev channel Reks
OS: Chrome OS 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user >> Open App launcher >> expand to get All apps and observe above search  box

Actual:Unwanted '_' is seen above search box of app launcher and on clicking it nothing happens
Expected:NO such unwanted '_' shouldn't be seen 

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 70.0.3511.0/10952.0.0 dev

This is simply not implemented yet. bug 872319 is feature implementation bug.
