What steps will reproduce the problem?
1)Sign itno User -> Now Click on Uber Tray and click on 'Sign out' option
(2)Now in Sign out screen observe black shadow for 'Shut down', 'Browse as Guest' and 'Add Person' text 
(Please refer Screenshot)

Note: 
1)Issue is seen for 'Cancel' and 'Shut down' options in 'Add an account to multiple sign-in' screen
2)Issue is seen for for 'Shut down' and 'Sign-out' options in Lock screen

Expected: Unnecessary black shadow should not be seen for 
a)'Shut down', 'Browse as Guest' and 'Add Person' text in Sign out screen 
b)'Cancel' and 'Shut down' options in  'Add an account to multiple sign-in' screen
c)'Shut down' and 'Sign-out' options in Lock screen

Actual: Instead black shadow is seen for 'Shut down', 'Add Person', 'Sign-out'  and 'Cancel' text 

This is Regression Issue as same is working fine in 70.0.3511.0/10952.0.0 dev-channel Reks
