Show commit position instead of git revision on builder page

I often need to find the first build on a builder that has a certain commit.

For example, this morning I wanted to find the first build on https://ci.chromium.org/p/chromium/builders/luci.chromium.ci/Android%20CFI which included Chromium #582012. However, the builder page just shows the git revision, which is useless for this purpose.

Could the builder page show the Chromium commit position instead of / in addition to the git revision?

I think that's a very reasonable request for chromium, given the current state of blame support. 

UI-wise, having extra column should be sufficient, right?

 e.g., the page would look like:
   2018-08-13 12:01 PM (PDT)	1 hrs 47 mins	5c66bf91078e24f4281690b89fdcb6edfe332b45	cp 123456	Failed	2489	Failure ...
   2018-08-13 10:13 AM (PDT)	1 hrs 50 mins	d9cc48ee5d89bcf855620f26202d0ba293dddafb	cp 123400	Success	2488	
   2018-08-13 8:22 AM (PDT)	1 hrs 48 mins	35955aca24d5faf8694baec595006588be411b91	cp 123300	Failed	2487	Failure vi...

but, non-chromium projects won't need this extra column. So, we'll need a configuration switch somewhere.

we could display CP if it is there. Then others won't be affected
