Not able to load a third party library in Chrome in 10.14

Reported by dgdemomu...@gmail.com, Aug 13

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.106 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Try to load a third party library in Chrome 68 in 10.14 by setting DYLD_INSERT_LIBRARIES environment variable

What is the expected behavior?
Library should be injected in Chrome in 10.14

What went wrong?
We are not able to inject Library in Chrome 68 in Mac 10.14 beta. This is working in previous versions of Mac like 10.13 and 10.12 etc

Did this work before? Yes Mac 10.13 etc.

Chrome version: 68.0.3440.106 Channel: beta
OS Version: OS X 10.14
Flash Version:

Hi,

Does it work on on Chrome 67 + Mac 10.14 or Chrome 68 + Mac 10.13

Also, could you explain a little more about why you need to load 3rd-party library in Chrome?

Thanks,
Owen

Hi!

We don't allow loading third-party libraries into Chrome on any platform, but Apple are always improving their platform protections, so it's possible that one of their hardening efforts broke whatever you are doing to load your library.

What are you attempting to load a library for? Perhaps there is an alternate path that does not involve loading native code.
