Some background:
I had opened up this bug before as issue https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=870963, and was told I was not using the correct SDK. However the build instructions say to use  MacOSX10.12.sdk which is what I am using. I have also rebuilt using the autoninja commands, which I did not use when filing the original bug report. The build still does not complete.
