flash not working

Reported by lilma...@earthlink.net, Aug 12

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3520.0 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
https://watch.spectrum.net/livetv, https://www.dpreview.com/challenges/ChallengeSlideshow.aspx?ID=13237&View=All

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. At dpr go to any of the challenges, select slideshow and flash is needed
2. At Spectrum to watch any video flash is needed.
3. It is working in my std Chrome app.
Version 68.0.3440.106 (Official Build) (64-bit) and also on Edge.

What is the expected behavior?
On selecting slideshow at dpr you're informed that flash is needed. Right clicking and selecting 'allow' does not work. Same problem with Spectrum.

What went wrong?
No flash, can't watch shows or slideshow.

Did this work before? Yes I think yesterday Saturday, and if not Saturday definitely on Friday.

Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? Flash

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 70.0.3520.0 Channel: canary
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version:

Contents of chrome://gpu:

Tried to take a screen shot to show that I do have flash enabled at the site when I right click the lock in the address bar, but as soon as I try and use the snipping tool, it disappears.

Sorry about my previous post. I had tried in incognito mode and flash had not worked. After I posted my problem, I then tried running it as administrator, and flash worked. I deleted Canary and reinstalled and it now works as it should.
