Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.106 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Navigate to http://pdftron.s3.amazonaws.com/downloads/webviewer/test/samples/basic/index.html 2. Scroll to the bottom of the document. Then slowly scroll back up. 3. The checkboxes on the first page will disappear for a bit and then reappear when you scroll further. I've attached a gif that shows how to reproduce this. You may need to make your window size wider. What is the expected behavior? The app is not intentionally hiding the checkboxes so they shouldn't disappear. What went wrong? It seems like the checkboxes are still in the DOM when you inspect them in the elements panel. You can actually click on them when they aren't visible and when they become visible again they will be checked. Did this work before? Yes Not sure Chrome version: 68.0.3440.106 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:

Confirmed on stable 68.0.3440.106 and on Canary 70.0.3520.0, needed to set "100%" in the app's zoom setting.
