When a device is offline-enrolled into Demo Mode due to derelict detection, we need a "Powerwash" button in the shelf to ensure devices accidentally enrolled into Demo Mode can easily be reset.

Currently, Powerwash is only allowed for non-enrolled devices. We need an exception for Demo Mode devices.
