[PIP Custom Controls] Only one image is usable for a custom control at a time.

Currently, only one image can be associated with a custom control on a Picture in Picture window. The functionality should be added so that multiple images can be associated with a custom control, and the PiP window will dynamically select the best one for the current window size.
