Notifications on Android use a Chrome icon instead of a site specific icon

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Get a notification from facebook.com

What is the expected behavior?
A facebook icon should show up at the top left of the screen

What went wrong?
A chrome icon shows up instead

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: <Copy from: 'about:version'>  Channel: stable
OS Version: Pie
Flash Version:
