CRWWebControllerContainerView should not have more than one subview

Some tests can fail because CRWWebControllerContainerView can have two children WKWebView, the second one being a static html view. |-displayNativeContent:|, which is used to display static html views, clears out self.webViewContentView, which should have removed the WKWebView.
