Stickypos focusable elements are scrolled back to their original position when focused

Reported by jackalm...@gmail.com, Aug 10

Issue description

Chrome Version : 68.0.3440.84
OS Version:
URLs (if applicable) : http://jsfiddle.net/0nxvjt46/24/
Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
     Safari:
    Firefox: OK
    IE/Edge:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load the jsfiddle url.
2. Scroll the HTML pane (bottom right) to the bottom.
3. Click the sticky <select>.

What is the expected result?
The <select> opens where it is.

What happens instead of that?
The window is scrolled back to the <select>'s original location, then opened. (Presumably, the code for scrolling focused elements into view isn't aware of stickypos.)
