Steps to reproduce the problem:
On your computer, open Chrome.
At the top right, click the button with your name or People People.
1. Click Manage people.
2. Click Add person.
3. Choose a name and a photo.
4. Click Save. A new window will open and ask you to sign in.
5. A Chrome profile shortcut/icon will be created automatically on the desktop/Mac dock

What is the expected behavior?
Once a Chrome profile is created on MacOS, it doesn't create Chrome profile shortcuts/icons outside Chrome browser.
