Chromium and BoringSSL both set the console name to "Blah Main Console". This results in "Blah Main Console Console" in the title of the tag.

Given this matches Chromium's name, I'm assuming the convention in the configuration is correct, but the rendering in the <title> tag doesn't quite match. :-)
