When trying to change audio output, my displays turn black

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 10895.10.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.21 Safari/537.36
Platform: 10895.10.0 (Official Build) dev-channel fizz-unibuild (fizz kench sion teemo wukong)

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Click on lower right hand corner to bring up menu
2. Click on the Audio Settings
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
I would be able to choose which audio output I want to use

What went wrong?
System briefly freezes, I have two screens and they both go black, after a few seconds they come back on and I have a Chrome asking me to "restore my pages"

Did this work before? N/A 

Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? N/A

Does this work in other browsers? N/A

posciak@ for routing. Sounds like Chrome crashed, maybe we can ask the reporter to check chrome://crashes?

This is a browser crash from 69, please re-open if it's still a problem on current stable channel.
