Chrome://flags relaunch button focus indication barely visible

Win 10

Go to chrome://flags and change any flag (or reset to default) to get relaunch prompt. The button when focused vs unfocused is hard to tell apart.

Foreground:#4285F4
Background:#3367D6

The contrast ratio is: 1.5:1
