bugdroid is off, but crrev.com/c/1176198 landed as https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src.git/+/661f1b05914d144dff5451e7aaee3eb297d2aa02 This should be fixed, elements with the class name 'url' have color: #696969, increasing text contrast to 5.5:1.
