Task Manager: unable to reach columns using keyboard only

Google Chrome 70.0.3514.0 (Official Build) dev (64-bit) (cohort: Dev)

If you load the task manager in Chrome (shift + esc) you will find that you're unable to access the columns at the top using the keyboard only. These include memory footprint, CPU, etc for sorting.
