PNG with transparent background rendered with green outline

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Look at bitcoin logo with transparent backgorund
2. See the green outline around the logo between logo and background
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
No green outline

What went wrong?
Was working with chromium 67.0.3396.99-0ubuntu0.18.04.1
does not work with  68.0.3440.75-0ubuntu0.18.04.1

Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? Yes 67.0.3396.99-0ubuntu0.18.04.1

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 68.0.3440.75  Channel: stable
OS Version: Ubuntu 18.06
Flash Version: 

i can't reproduce the bug by creating a similar circle shape on a transparent backgorund. Image is rendered fine.

May be my graphic driver are the problem ??

This seems to be gone (for now ?) in chromium 68.0.3440.106 (ubuntu package)
