Win7 Tests (dbg) has about 90% failure rate for the past week |
||
Issue descriptionAt the time of writing, Win7 Tests (dbg) has failed around 90% of all runs in the past 7 days (starting on 2018-08-03 up until today, 2018-08-10). Failures show up (flakily) in all of the following targets: - webkit_unit_tests - network_service_interactive_ui_tests - interactive_ui_tests - network_service_browser_tests - webkit_layout_tests (experimental) - viz_content_browsertests - browser_tests - webkit_python_tests I haven't looked into the details yet, but there's Issue 872332 for one specific issue. Before a week ago, we were seeing the same failures, but with about a 90% success rate. Something bad happened during that time, but I suspect it’s just that we crossed some threshold, rather than a regression.

webkit_unit_tests seems to be bug 871812. A large number of the other failures seem like bug 872492 . telemetry_perf_unittests seems to consistently have a shard timing out, here's some sample output: https://chromium-swarm.appspot.com/task?id=3f3d2f29919f3a10&refresh=10&show_raw=1 Can't tell if there's a pattern with a lot of the other stuff with a fast look.

I think bug 870861 is the single biggest piece here, and in general there are other bugs tracking some of this. A bug on "the bot seems sick" doesn't feel very actionable to me, so let's close, and track via the more specific bugs. |
