Only one file linked to local network

DevTools failed to link network resource to filesystem.

Platform: <Mac>
Chrome version: Version 68.0.3440.106 (Official Build) (64-bit)

What are the details of your project?
CSS files (see attached screenshot) on local Prestashop site.
Yesterday  it linked perfectly and I edit several time the THEME.CSS file.
Today it's not working, and allow me to edit only CUSTOM.CSS file. No Idea why.
I remove the link, added again, update the last version of Chrome, delete the link and added again but from parent level, not working :/
From the parent level, I can access to severals JS files, its linked, but in the CSS folder, only one is able ...

Any idea ?

Workspaces 2.0 is imperfect and there's no feasible way to make it work for everybody. Archiving since we currently don't have resources to allocate towards improving Workspaces story.
