My perfetto cl [1] passed the automerger[2] but broke the Chrome build: [3].
It seems the waterfall does ninja all and the autoroller does not build all the perfetto targets.

I can't find where we keep the config that says what targets we build for the autoroller but if it's possible we should build all the perfetto ones.
