error connecting FTP

Chrome Version       : Chromium	68.0.3440.75 (Official Build) Built on Ubuntu , running on Ubuntu 18.04 (32-bit)

Connecting windows phone via FTP.

What is the expected result?
Opening FTP login page prompt.

What happens instead?
 Shows
Oh, no! This server is sending data Chromium can't understand. Please report a bug, and include the raw listing.
