[MacOS] Browser hang on link with lots of backslashes

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.70 YaBrowser/18.9.0.1903 (beta) Yowser/2.5 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open https://codepen.io/anon/pen/XByRKZ
2. Move cursor on link

What is the expected behavior?
Browser works fine.

What went wrong?
Browser hangs.

Did this work before? Yes 

Chrome version: 68.0.3440.70  Channel: n/a
OS Version: OS X 10.12.6
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 30.0 r0

Cannot reproduce in MAC 68.0.3440.106. Browser returns "Not Found" very quickly. 
And I don't see any security implication either. Closing this issue.
