In two occasions, when opening or closing tabs, the tab doesn't open or close from the correct origin. 

- On iPhone in Portrait orientation, when long pressing the Tab Switcher icon and tapping Close Tab (both in incognito and non-incognito), the tab should be closing towards the Tab Switcher icon.

- On iPhone in Portrait orientation, when the currently opened tab is not an NTP. Go to phone home screen and 3D Touch App icon. Press New Tab. The New Tab comes from top left, but should come from Tab Switcher icon.
