nzolghadr@ are you aware of any recent changes that might make mouseevent_fractional test suite flaky on Mac?

checking flakiness dashboard, it looks like recorded-keydown-event.html timesout on Win 7 as well.

autoscroll-over-scrollbar.html has been disabled on Mac in 872242, I'll update the expectation for the test suites as well.

spoke too soon, the failures are not specific to this test suite.
