What steps will reproduce the problem?
1)Sign in to user(Ex: A account) -> logout -> sign in to another user(Ex: B account) -> Go to Uber tray and select 'Sign out' option
2)Now in sign-out screen [password field will be seen for signed out User(Ex:B)] hover mouse pointer below drop down of another User and observe 
a)I beam pointer is seen instead of Hand pointer
b)on clicking nothing happens i.e. password field is not seen 
c)User is not getting highlighted on hovering mouse pointer below drop down of User
(Please refer Video)

Note : To get Password field need to click on User
 
Expected: 
a)On clicking below drop down of another User password field should be seen 
b)Hand pointer should be seen on hovering mouse pointer below drop down of another User 
c)User should get highlight on hovering mouse pointer below drop down 

Actual: Instead 
a)Password field is not seen on clicking below drop down of another User 
b)I-beam pointer is seen on hovering mouse pointer below drop down of another User 
c)User is not getting highlighted on hovering mouse pointer below drop down 

This is a Regression issue as issue is working fine in M-69
