Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1. Load a WebView with https://jsfiddle.net/gabrielmaldi/0sxqef16/show 2. Nothing is drawn on the canvas What is the expected behavior? A pie chart is displayed What went wrong? This only repros inside a WebView. It works fine in Chrome browser in the same device. Setting `webView.setLayerType(View.LAYER_TYPE_SOFTWARE, null)` makes the chart be drawn, but isn't desirable at all since it disables hardware acceleration. This used to work in previous Android/Chrome WebView versions. Did this work before? Yes Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 66.0.3359.158 Channel: n/a OS Version: Android Pie 9 Flash Version:

@gabrielmaldi: Please provide sample .apk file to test this with wewbview. Also M66 is outdated webview version. Please upgrade to latest webview version #68.0.3440.91 and check this issue. This would help in better triaging of the issue. Thanks!

@chelamcherla I hadn't noticed I wasn't running the latest WebView version; I updated to 68.0.3440.91 and everything works just fine. Thanks!
