ChromeOS : Authenticate twice after reset password

Reported by arnaud.h...@airliquide.com, Aug 9

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 10575.58.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.99 Safari/537.36
Platform: 10575.58.0 (Official Build) stable-channel lulu

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Reset your Google account password
2. Log off
3. Log on with new credentials to open session
4. Once logged, log on to Google Play

What is the expected behavior?
Should not log again to connect to Google Play since already provide same credentials to log on to my session.

What went wrong?
Seems Google Play session don't reuse Google account token.

Did this work before? N/A

Yury, sounds like there's a problem with refreshing ARC tokens after a credentials reset. Looks like there's already a bug for this, but FYI that it's being reported by users in the field.
