Page unresponsive pop-up coming up every 10 sec while youtube video plays

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3516.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Start playing any video on youtube
2. Pop-up appears
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
No pop-up if no error. 

What went wrong?
Browser thinks there is error with video when there is not. 

Did this work before? Yes 2-3 days ago. 

Chrome version: 70.0.3516.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: 10.0
