Denis, sounds like we aren't adding the device locale to the learn more link in this case?

For all "learn more" links we only pass topic ID to extension, the extension should handle all locale data on its own. This is true for all "learn more" links in OOBE/ChromeOS Login (except for ones handled by GAIA). Code in question: https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/src/chrome/browser/chromeos/login/help_app_launcher.cc?rcl=86ee2854c8267198a97ee8542480d83552b25456&l=52 So it is either the problem inside help extension, or we have general problem of extensions not getting locale updates.

Thanks for raising! I've updated milestone target to M71 as we don't have any free engineers in the M70 cycle to work on this. |
