Disabled my iPad mini

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Forgot my Apple ID 

2.setup my Apple account 
3. Model A1432
EMC2607 
Serial # F7PMX3QJF196

What is the expected behavior?

Unlocked this iPad mini 

Did this work before? Yes
