firefox interop problem with sdpSemantics=unified-plan

Reported by fi...@appear.in, Aug 8

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.84 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. launch chrome with the flags to enable unified plan by default
2. join a room on apprtc in chrome
3. join the same room in firefox

What is the expected behavior?
bidirectional video

What went wrong?
Chrome does not display the video from Firefox. This is due to Firefox putting the wrong mid into the rtp header extension. This was reported in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1478685 but is currently not fixed for Firefox ESR.

Not having this fixed in Firefox ESR will impact the transition to unified plan as default.

Did this work before? No

Does this work in other browsers? N/A

This doesn't seem like something Chrome can fix, but we should discuss this with our friends at Mozilla.

Assigned to hbos@ to track the interoperability issue.
Feel free to WontFix if this is not actionable.

KITE runs on Cosmo Software's bots now, and it runs Canary.
Adding tests to KITE might be sufficient (and necessary).

Action on our side is to set up tests that will detect if interoperation is broken or not.

This is fixed in FF, see https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1478685
Could you verify?

It's working like a charm.
That was with Firefox 62.0.
I now also verified with Firefox 60.2.2esr.
