XRSession request failures don't indicate why they failed. |

Issue descriptionAs we are collecting more reasons for a session request to fail (headset not being connected, permissions being denied, etc) we should more clearly indicate the reason a request might fail. As most of these failures happen on the browser side, the error message might need to be sent over mojo.

We should keep in mind that we don't want to give the application too much information about the client or its configuration. We may want to wait for the session creation changes in the spec and implementation before we decide where or how to pass such messages. |
