What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open bbc.co.uk in Chrome 
(2) Go to My Activity (Chrome > History > myactivity.google.com)
(3) Clear the full day of history (Today > three dot menu > Delete)

What is the expected result?

bbc.co.uk is removed from local Chrome History

What happens instead?

bbc.co.uk is not removed from local Chrome History

Additional information:

Deleting the individual entry from My Activity works as intended
