Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Ubuntu Chromium/68.0.3440.75 Chrome/68.0.3440.75 Safari/537.36 Example URL: https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%90%D0%B4%D0%BC%D0%B8%D0%BD%D0%B8%D1%81%D1%82%D1%80%D0%B0%D1%82%D0%B8%D0%B2%D0%BD%D0%BE-%D1%82%D0%B5%D1%80%D1%80%D0%B8%D1%82%D0%BE%D1%80%D0%B8%D0%B0%D0%BB%D1%8C%D0%BD%D0%BE%D0%B5_%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BB%D0%B5%D0%BD%D0%B8%D0%B5_%D0%9E%D1%80%D0%B5%D0%BD%D0%B1%D1%83%D1%80%D0%B3%D1%81%D0%BA%D0%BE%D0%B9_%D0%BE%D0%B1%D0%BB%D0%B0%D1%81%D1%82%D0%B8 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Go to https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%90%D0%B4%D0%BC%D0%B8%D0%BD%D0%B8%D1%81%D1%82%D1%80%D0%B0%D1%82%D0%B8%D0%B2%D0%BD%D0%BE-%D1%82%D0%B5%D1%80%D1%80%D0%B8%D1%82%D0%BE%D1%80%D0%B8%D0%B0%D0%BB%D1%8C%D0%BD%D0%BE%D0%B5_%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BB%D0%B5%D0%BD%D0%B8%D0%B5_%D0%9E%D1%80%D0%B5%D0%BD%D0%B1%D1%83%D1%80%D0%B3%D1%81%D0%BA%D0%BE%D0%B9_%D0%BE%D0%B1%D0%BB%D0%B0%D1%81%D1%82%D0%B8 (Russian characters have been escaped to ASCII). 2. Click "Translate" when Chromium asks you to translate this website (dialog popping up on the right upper side) 3. Scroll up and down on the website. The same problem happens on many other foreign / russian websites. What is the expected behavior? The cpu should not use so much ressources. If the page cannot be translated that fast without using so much cpu; please make translating more slow. What went wrong? The cpu usage for this specific tab goes to 100%, the fan spins wildly. Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A Did this work before? No Does this work in other browsers? N/A Chrome version: 68.0.3440.75 Channel: stable OS Version: 4.15.0-29 Flash Version: 30.0.0.134

Can't repro on Linux M68, but assigning to Translate team just in case.

I have to correct myself: Do not scroll up and down; but scroll (more or less quickly) until the end of the page.
