A regression in web-platform-tests has occured between Chrome stable and experimental:

The test was previously passing and now timing out.

I have bisected using https://web-platform-tests.live/webauthn/createcredential-pubkeycredparams.https.html down to this range:

hongjunchoi@, I suspect this was caused by one of the two changes in that range.

The reason this wasn't caught in Chromium is that the test in question is marked as flaky:

However, I don't suspect that it's actually flaky, it probably consistently times out there as well.
