Files app: Image/Video/Audio preview is not available in media views.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open an Android app (e.g. Snapseed) and save an image.
(2) Open Files app and navigate to "Images" view.
(3) Select the saved image in it, and press SPACE to preview the file.

What is the expected result?
The image preview is shown.

What happens instead?
No image preview is shown.

Files app: Enable quick-view previews for media view files.

Files in media views are located in local storage and we can
generate previews without additional network access.
We should enable previews for them. It will be useful, since
the media view has a lot of media files which can be previewed.

Test: Manual test on arc-enabled Kevin.
