EXTD key for US Extended keyboard have truncation in log in page with its compact layout

input tools version:

Steps:
1.Switch to US Extended keyboard
2.Lock screen ,check its UI

Actual:
EXTD key in layout have truncation in log in /lock screen
refers to screenshot 

Note:
For EXTD keyboard, should not have compact layout ,but in log in /lock screen ,it will display compact layout ,is it by design?

Lock screen now only allows dock keyboard, in which this key is not truncated.

@zhangyu, can you please help verify? (in 11035.0.0 or later versions)
