The Android system beta tester is permanently disabled on the T3 10 Huawei
tablet, I'm returning it for one with more storage I'll see if it's the
same thing. Thanks Debbie Patterson

I've exchanged it for the 64G as I didn't know it only had 16 I'll see if
this one has the same situation! Huawei mate 10 64G thanks again Debbie
