What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Log in into Play Store enabled account
(2) Pin Android settings app to shelf (to find the app go to chrome://settings, look for "Manage Android preferences")
(3) Observe that the shelf icon is round
(4) Log out, log in again, look at the settings icon in the shelf

What is the expected result?
Round icon

What happens instead?
Square icon, replaced by the round one as soon as the app is started (via the shelf icon or via settings)
