What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Cast to a DIAL TV or to a local screen.
(2) Open a new tab (one that is not actively being cast)
(3) Open the Cast dialog.
What is the expected result? The DIAL TV / Local Screen should be listed in the dialog. Otherwise there is no way to stop the active casting session from another tab.
What happens instead? The active route to the DIAL device or Local Screen is not displayed in the list. It only appears in the list from the tab that initiated the cast session.
