grunt: EVT: update firmware on deployed lab DUTs to Google_Grunt.10931.0.0

Issue description

Board: grunt
Canary channel build: R70-10947.0.0 [*]
Firmware: Google_Grunt.10931.0.0
unibuild model: grunt

[*] This build is red due to signing issue 871900, but all BVT HWTest stages were green.
 
Components: -Infra>Client>ChromeOS>Test Infra>Client>ChromeOS
I don't this in the Test team's task list. What is needed from us?
