What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Visit https://jsfiddle.net/qmhxvg7u/6/
(2) Open browser console
(3) Using Wacom tablet pen, tap the red box

What is the expected result?
Should print to the console both the pointerdown and pointerup event.


What happens instead?
When using a wacom tablet, only the pointerdown fires.  pointerup event is never captured
