Please add more browser_protocol.pdl reviewers.

We currently have two reviewers for the file (pfeldman and dgozman) and "set noparent". If the respected folks are unavailable (e.g. on vacation), nobody can approve the change. That actually happens currently for a period of two weeks.

Could you please add someone to OWNERS who can review the changes.

Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
All API owners being unavailable is rare, but as it turns out it happens. This is hardly a good reason to add more owners. In case of emergency, there is always a TBR.
