Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.84 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Enable VoiceOver 2. Open chrome://settings 3. Tab to a toggle or a checkbox 4. As recommended by the voiceover message, use control + option + space to toggle the checkbox What is the expected behavior? I expect the checkbox to say "checked" or "selected" when the checkbox is checked, but and "unchecked" when unchecked. What went wrong? The messages are reversed. It says "unchecked" when checking the box. Using the space key to toggle the checkbox appears to work properly. The problem is reproducible with a vanilla html checkbox. I tested Safari (11) and it works as expected. Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 68.0.3440.84 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.13.6 Flash Version: Previously seen as issues #466442 , #445418

kenneth@ Thanks for the issue. Able to reproduce this issue on Mac OS 10.13.3 on the reported version 68.0.3440.84 and the latest Canary 70.0.3516.0 as per the original comment. Issue is not applicable to Ubuntu 14.04 and Windows 10. This is a Non-Regression issue as this behavior is observed from M-60 chrome builds. Hence marking this as Untriaged for further updates from Dev. Thanks..
