MacViews: Icons are black in a newly opened window

Chrome Version: 70.0.3510.0
OS: macOS 10.13.6

I opened a new Chrome window and all the icons were black. See screenshot.

In the same session, I opened a second window and they were fine. Also, over time these black icons started fixing themselves. Right now, only 3 black icons remain in the same window.
