"Go to JavaScript settings" link in context menu is broken link

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.84 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Right click on any html input element
2. Click "Go to JavaScript settings"

What is the expected behavior?
I should get the JavaScript settings page

What went wrong?
I get the following on page error:
This site can’t be reached
The web page at chrome://chrome/settings/contentExceptions#javascript might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
ERR_INVALID_URL

Looks like this menu item is added by an extension so you should report the problem to the author.
The new URL is chrome://settings/content/javascript
I jumped the gun too quick. Sorry.

I will report to extension author.
